EMS Healthcare is seeking a highly organised Inventory Coordinator to support stock accuracy and efficient warehouse operations across our healthcare projects in the UK. Working with the Inventory Manager, you will coordinate stock movements, maintain records and ensure deliveries are checked and stored correctly.

Qualifications

• Experience within inventory, stores, warehouse, stock control, logistics or a similar environment.
• Experience maintaining accurate stock records using systems, spreadsheets or stock-control processes.
• Good understanding of goods-in, goods-out, stock counting and inventory accuracy principles.
• Ability to prioritise workload and coordinate multiple activities effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inventory activities in line with operational priorities.
• Maintain accurate stock records across inventory systems and tracking processes.
• Monitor stock levels, locations, batch information and inventory data.
• Coordinate picking, packing, staging and issuing of stock for delivery, transfer and operational requirements.
• Support goods-in activities, ensuring deliveries are checked, recorded and stored correctly.
• Investigate stock discrepancies, shortages and damages and work with the Inventory Manager to resolve issues.
• Assist with stock takes, cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure stock availability and support project requirements.
• Help maintain a safe, organised and efficient warehouse environment.
• Support reporting, administration and continuous improvement initiatives within inventory control.
• Work in line with company procedures, quality standards and health and safety requirements.
