Job summary

Henry Schein UK is seeking an Inventory Control operative for the Medcare House warehouse in Gillingham. The role covers counting, checking and maintaining stock integrity, with emphasis on cycle counts and communication with buyers and the IC team.

The position is 24 hours on the PM shift, Monday to Friday. Applicants should have basic literacy, numeracy and basic computer skills, along with good communication and problem solving abilities.

• The ability to work as part of a team within the IC team and cooperate with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Run cycle counts from the system and undertake counts as directed.
• Maintain stock accuracy and investigate variances.
• Email relevant team members for information or authorization.
• Keep housekeeping standards and assist with other IC duties as needed.
