Job summary

Valeo Foods UK is seeking a Stock Control Administrator at our Snetterton site to manage inventory accuracy across warehouse operations and 3PL partners. You will investigate discrepancies, perform reconciliations, and drive data-driven improvements to stock control processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in stock control, inventory, warehouse administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to handle large volumes of data and reporting tools.
• Experience with WMS/ERP or inventory systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies between internal systems and 3PL records.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations.
• Support stock counts and follow up on variances.
