Job summary

Valeo Foods UK is seeking a Stock Control Administrator at our Snetterton site. You will manage inventory accuracy, investigate variances, and collaborate with internal teams and 3PL partners to safeguard stock integrity and efficiency.

The role requires strong data handling, problem solving, and attention to detail. You’ll work in a fast-moving environment, supported by a collaborative team and improving stock control processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in stock control, inventory, or warehouse administration.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume data environments.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools; comfortable with ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies between internal systems and 3PL records.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations.
• Support stock counts and follow up on variances identified.
• Produce stock control reports and performance metrics.
