Valeo Foods is seeking a highly organised Stock Control Administrator for our Snetterton site. You will help manage inventory across internal warehouses and 3PL partners, ensuring stock accuracy and timely reconciliations.

You will analyse data, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with stakeholders to uphold inventory integrity and operational efficiency. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in stock control, inventory or warehouse admin.
• Strong data handling and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and office tools.
• Experience with WMS/ERP or inventory systems advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Investigate stock discrepancies and reconcile records.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts.
• Collaborate with 3PL partners and warehouse teams.
• Support system testing and data validation.
• Produce stock control dashboards and KPIs.
