Job summary

Valeo Foods UK is seeking a Stock Control Administrator for our Leeds site. You will manage inventory across internal and 3PL operations, ensuring stock accuracy and timely reconciliations while working with multiple stakeholders to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a stock control, inventory, warehouse administration, or supply chain role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident working with large volumes of data and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Investigate stock discrepancies between internal systems and 3PL warehouse records.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations.
• Support stock count activities and follow up on variances identified.
• Build effective relationships with warehouse teams, transport providers, and 3PL partners.
• Produce and maintain stock control reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
