  • Maintain ownership of stock accuracy and integrity throughout its lifecycle within the warehouse, ensuring alignment between physical stock and system records.
  • Investigate, resolve and report inventory discrepancies, including shortages, damages, incorrect deliveries and quality control issues.
  • Ensure all products are correctly labelled, stored and allocated to appropriate warehouse locations in line with operational standards.
  • Monitor inventory performance and analyse goods-in and stock control KPIs, identifying trends, risks and opportunities and providing insight and recommendations to support operational decision-making.
  • Support and lead regular stock counts, cycle counts and inventory audits, ensuring discrepancies are investigated and corrective actions implemented.
  • Develop, implement and continuously improve goods-in, stock control and inventory management processes to enhance operational efficiency and inventory governance.

  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, stock governance and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to investigate root causes of stock discrepancies and implement sustainable corrective actions.
