Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Selby is seeking a Stock & Admin Shift Manager to lead the inventory team on a shared User site. You will drive stock accuracy, manage day-to-day inventory controls and partner with customer stakeholders to meet service levels.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a salary up to £47,044 per year and a benefits package including pension, private medical and dental insurance, and employee assistance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, inventory or stock control management role.
• Strong knowledge of stock integrity best practices and controls.
• Ability to investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing Inventory Team Leaders to drive engagement and performance.
• Ensuring stock accuracy and inventory integrity through robust controls and investigations.
• Monitoring inventory KPIs and customer SLA, driving continuous improvement.
• Analyzing stock trends and discrepancies to identify root causes and solutions.
• Managing resource planning, priorities and budget to support peak activity.
