Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc invites applications for an Inventory Lead in Bradford to deliver timely and accurate inventory tasks and preserve stock integrity through team leadership and best practices.

This full-time permanent role operates on a 5 from 7 rotating shift pattern 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, with a salary of up to £26,000 per annum and 25 days leave plus bank holidays, along with a comprehensive benefit package.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory or stock control.
• Ability to lead a small team and communicate clearly.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the team manager and team with professionalism, consistency, and integrity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues in line with policies.
• Provide regular updates on stock position to the Team Manager.
• Ensure area requirements and priorities are understood and knowledge is shared within the team.
