Job summary

Kardex Group’s AutoStore division is seeking a Solution Consultant to join our team. You will support the sales process from initial inquiry to contract signing and engage with customers to clarify logistical requirements.

Responsibilities include data analysis of warehouse and material flow, concept and layout design with AutoStore at the core, and coordinating internal and external partners. Some travel for customer workshops and on-site meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field.
• Solid experience as a Solution Consultant in intralogistics with proven success.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with customer orientation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and approach.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• High motivation and strong focus on quality.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer workshops and on-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Support during the sales phase from acquisition to contract signing.
