Stephenson (MK) Trust Bridge Academy in Milton Keynes is seeking an Intervention Mentor to support students who are at risk of exclusion. The post is paid on a pay range of £31,525–£34,811 FTE and pro rata for 39 weeks (term-time only).

We are seeking an Intervention Mentor -
Are you a dedicated and committed individual who can put yourself in other people’s shoes, are positive, flexible, resilient and can use your initiative? If so, you could make a difference to the lives of these young people. Your job is about building relationships and committing to helping students make progress, both academically and personally.
Personal qualities such as integrity and being able to work effectively as part of a team are more important than experience in this field, which is why our staff join us from different roles and trades.
