Spencer Academies Trust is seeking an enthusiastic, committed individual to join our Behaviour and Inclusion team, supporting students in mainstream classrooms and during small group interventions to develop their social and emotional regulation.
You will lead tailored interventions, monitor progress, and contribute to the strategic direction of interventions, while upholding our commitment to equality and diversity across the Trust community.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and reliable individual to work within a successful, forward thinking Behaviour and Inclusion team. The role will involve working with a range of students including those with SEND or those who may need additional support with their social and emotional regulation.
