Estuary Academy North in Gravesend is seeking an Intervention Mentor to support students with SEND and intervene where needed. You will build positive relationships, communicate clearly with staff and learners, and work as part of a dedicated team to raise attainment.
The role is 36 hours per week, term-time/full-time, with a salary at NJC Point 3 (£25,614) and a range of wellbeing and pension benefits. Closing date 23 October 2026; start November 2026.

Has experience working with children with Intervention Needs or with other special educational needs and wishes to broaden their skill-set
Has the ability to develop positive relationships with students
Has strong communication Skills
Relevant experience working with secondary age students
Has passion and dedication to make a difference to children’s lives
Is an exceptional team-player
Has a can-do attitude, a resilient personality and flexible approach
