Job summary

Capital City College Group is seeking an International Student and Programmes Coordinator to support recruitment, programmes, partnerships and student experience. The role drives operational functions within the Beyond Borders: International Strategy 2026–2031 and reports to the International Partnerships and Projects Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative coordination for international cohorts, pathway programmes, short courses, study visits, exchanges, summer programmes and delegations.
• Maintain cohort lists, schedules, itineraries, registers, contact information and operational checklists.
• Work with Admissions, Student Services and compliance colleagues to meet UKVI reporting requirements and address concerns.
• Coordinate rooms, meetings, transport, catering, accommodation and logistics per College procedures.
• Support the international student journey from pre-arrival to completion, ensuring accurate records and high service quality.
• Maintain an overview of international cohorts, contacts, programme details and support requirements.
