Job summary

UWE Bristol is recruiting an International Officer to join the International Office within the Americas, Europe and CIS team. Based at the Frenchay Campus in Bristol, you will support international student recruitment, recruitment planning, conversion activity, and the management of the university’s international education agent network in line with the AQF.

The role involves international travel and collaboration with prospective students, partners, and agents to meet recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to support international student recruitment activity.
• Ability to contribute to recruitment planning and conversion activity.
• Experience or understanding of agent management within international education.

Responsibilities

• Support international student recruitment across the Americas, Europe and CIS regions.
• Contribute to recruitment planning and conversion activity.
• Support the management of the university’s international education agent network.
• Work in line with the Agent Quality Framework (AQF).
• Maintain agent records and related information.
• Monitor agent engagement and performance.
• Support recruitment events and related activity.
• Work with prospective international students and external partners.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of agent management processes.
• Participate in international travel connected to recruitment and partnership activity.
