Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 full academic years teaching in the relevant subject area within the last 8 years.
• Extensive knowledge of Pearson assessment, quality processes, and national standards within the last 5 years.
• AI-related teaching experience in related subjects such as Computer Science, IT or Digital Technologies.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with qualification specifications and national standards.
• Provide expert advice, guidance, and support aligned to verification requirements.
• Attend and complete mandatory training and standardisation activities on time.
• Conduct centre visits for verification and sampling according to guidance.
• Adhere to Pearson QA processes and sampling strategies for allocated qualifications.
• Review learner work and verification records for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide constructive feedback and produce sampling reports for centres.
• Communicate standards gaps and actionable corrective actions.
