Job summary

Lucy Walker Recruitment Limited is supporting a West Yorkshire manufacturing client to recruit a Sales Administrator. You will support the sales team with exceptional customer service, maintain regular client communication, and handle orders, invoicing, and export paperwork.

Ideal candidates are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to liaise across levels. Experience in export admin is beneficial, with full training provided in a collaborative, supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key contact for assigned international clients.
• Process new customer orders and issue invoices/credit notes accurately.
• Create products in the system and handle essential export documentation.
• Join weekly production meetings to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Assist with onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth experience.
• Provide complete customer service and build lasting relationships.
