Job summary

SMART is a global leader in interactive technology, driving demand generation across UK, Ireland, and Oceania. The role reports to the International Demand Generation Team Lead and focuses on developing, executing, and managing data-driven campaigns that align with global and regional priorities.

You will optimize paid media, email marketing, events, and ABM programs, leveraging advanced HubSpot strategies to deliver measurable business results and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, campaign management, or digital marketing.
• Expert-level HubSpot experience with proven success building and managing complex marketing automation programs.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, monitor, and optimise demand generation campaigns to drive engagement and MQLs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional marketing stakeholders.
• Create messaging and value propositions tailored for audiences, verticals, and regions.
• Align with sales and channel partners to meet demand objectives and campaign effectiveness.
• Plan and manage events, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives to support pipeline growth.
• Maintain understanding of the customer journey and improve conversion and sales readiness.
• Coordinate with content, brand, product marketing, and digital teams to create high-performing assets.
• Manage automated marketing programs including workflows, landing pages, nurture campaigns, and lead scoring.
