Calbarrie Compliance Services Ltd in Cheltenham is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join our Sales team. This proactive role focuses on generating revenue through outbound calls, following up quotations, developing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Working in a KPI-driven environment, you will manage your own pipeline, achieve sales targets and have a clear progression pathway into Business Development or Account Management for high performers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of telesales, new business or internal sales experience.
• Confident and professional telephone manner with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritise workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up quotations and sales opportunities to maximise conversion.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and promote relevant company services.
• Respond professionally to inbound sales enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within the CRM system.
• Manage a personal pipeline of opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.
• Work closely with Business Development Managers and the wider sales team.
• Re-engage dormant and lapsed customers.
• Work consistently towards agreed sales targets, activity levels and KPIs.
