Job summary

Hydrastore Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a technically capable sales support professional to assist customers and our external sales team with hydraulic solutions. You'll combine engineering knowledge with a customer-focused approach to deliver effective outcomes across diverse projects.

You will manage enquiries from initial contact through to order completion, prepare quotations, identify suitable hydraulic solutions, and provide product advice.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of hydraulic components and systems.
• Experience in hydraulics industry preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical information and provide practical solutions.

Job description

You'll play a key role in supporting customers and our external sales team, combining your technical expertise with a customer focused approach to deliver effective hydraulic solutions. No two days are the same, as you'll be involved in a wide variety of projects ranging from individual component requirements to larger solutions.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

You'll ideally have:

• A solid understanding of hydraulic components and hydraulic systems.
• Experience working within the hydraulics industry.
• A qualification in Mechanical Engineering (HND, HNC, or equivalent preferred).
• The ability to interpret technical information and provide practical solutions.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive, friendly, and professional approach.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Confidence, enthusiasm, and a desire to continually develop your skills.
