Job summary

Hydrastore Limited in Doncaster is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. You’ll support customers and our external sales team, combining technical hydraulic knowledge with a customer-focused approach to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of hydraulic components and hydraulic systems.
• Experience working within the hydraulics industry.
• Ability to interpret technical information and provide practical solutions.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support to customers and the external sales team.
• Prepare quotations and identify suitable hydraulic solutions based on customer requirements.
• Support customers with product selection and technical advice.
• Manage enquiries from initial contact through to order completion.
• Work on a diverse range of projects, from small component sales to large scale hydraulic system applications.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide after sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and operations teams to deliver the best possible outcomes.
