Job summary

Pertemps Black Country Perms is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Internal Sales Engineer to join our client’s team in Halesowen. This office-based position focuses on managing customer orders, delivering technical support, and identifying growth opportunities within electrical and automation products.

The candidate will build relationships with customers and suppliers, prepare quotations, and work toward sales targets with full product training provided for the right person.

Qualifications

• Experience in an internal sales or sales support environment.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical products or automation is advantageous.

Internal Sales Engineer

Location: Halesowen

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 (depending on experience)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Internal Sales Engineer to join a well-established and growing business based in Halesowen.

This office-based role would suit someone with a background in internal sales who enjoys building customer relationships, providing technical support, and identifying opportunities to grow business. Experience within electrical or industrial automation products would be advantageous, although full product training will be provided for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Package

• Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 depending on experience.
• Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
• Shift Pattern: Week 1: 8:30am - 5:00pm Week 2: 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Holiday: 25 days annual leave (including 3 days to be taken over the Christmas shutdown).
