Job summary

The Housing Network in Luton is seeking a Talent and Resourcing Specialist to join our team. This office-based role supports internal recruitment, coordinates with stakeholders, and builds talent pipelines.

You’ll manage adverts, screening, interviews, and event representation to attract top candidates. Experience in in-house recruitment and sourcing tools like Indeed, CV-Library, and LinkedIn is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experienced in recruitment and talent management.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Handling volume recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced with a wide range of sourcing tools, such as Indeed, CV-Library, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Working with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs.
• Supporting on recruitment needs of the business including placing adverts, screening applications, arranging interviews/assessment centres, and creating job descriptions.
• Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Company Ambassador at job fairs/recruitment events.
• Working with external providers to identify recruitment solutions.
• Proactive sourcing of candidates and creation of talent pipeline.
