Job summary

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a Talent Partner for a 3 month temporary role to support hiring outcomes by sourcing, engaging and screening talent from LinkedIn, job boards and referrals.

Based in central London with hybrid working, you will manage end-to-end recruitment from role briefing to offer stage, screen candidates, and coordinate multiple vacancies.

The role offers an hourly rate up to 20p/h depending on experience and a Monday to Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Inhouse recruitment experience.
• Experience in recruitment, with exposure to full-cycle hiring.
• Demonstrable experience in proactively souring candidates (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct outreach).

Responsibilities
