Job summary

Housing Limited is seeking an experienced Talent and Resourcing Specialist to join during a growth phase. The role shifts from agency to internal recruitment, or suits someone with in-house recruitment experience.

You will work with internal stakeholders to identify needs, place adverts, screen applications, arrange interviews and assessment centres, and create job descriptions. You’ll provide shortlists and act as a company ambassador at events while building talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and talent management.
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment campaigns.
• Proactive sourcing and building a talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs.
• Support on ads, screening, interviews, and job descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs and timelines.
• Manage ad placement, screening, and interview/assessment coordination.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
• Collaborate with external providers on recruitment solutions.
• Source candidates proactively and build talent pipelines.
• Drive volume recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
