Job summary

Housing Limited is seeking an experienced Talent and Resourcing Specialist to join during a growth phase. The role shifts from agency to internal recruitment, or suits someone with in-house recruitment experience.

You will work with internal stakeholders to identify needs, place adverts, screen applications, arrange interviews and assessment centres, and create job descriptions. You’ll provide shortlists and act as a company ambassador at events while building talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and talent management.
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment campaigns.
• Proactive sourcing and building a talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs.
• Support on ads, screening, interviews, and job descriptions.

Are you an experienced Talent and Resourcing Specialist, looking to join at an exciting time of growth and be part of an organisation that makes a difference? This role will suit an individual who will be looking to shift from an agency role to an internal recruitment role, or an individual with previous in-house recruitment experience. What you'll be doing:

• Working with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs
• Supporting on recruitment needs of the business including placing adverts, screening applications, arranging interviews/assessment centres, and creating job descriptions
• Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Company Ambassador at job fairs/recruitment events
• Working with external providers to identify recruitment solutions
• Proactive sourcing of candidates and creation of talent pipeline
• Experienced in recruitment and talent management
• Ability to problem solve
• Handling volume recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced with a wide range of sourcing tools, such as Indeed, CV-Library, and LinkedIn
• Salary: £30,000 Per Annum
• 23 days of annual leave
