Hudson Shribman is seeking an organised Internal Sales & Production Coordinator for its Rossendale-based manufacturing team. The role links customers with sales, purchasing and production to move orders from quotation to delivery.
You will manage customer requirements, process orders, plan production with the factory team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience, with full training provided for long-term career development.

This is a varied desk-based position and as a sales and production coordinator you'll act as the key link between customers, sales, purchasing and production, ensuring orders progress smoothly from quotation through to delivery.
As a project coordinator taking project first hand from saes / and customers you will be responsible for coordinating customer requirements, processing orders, planning production activities with the factory team and helping deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Experience within an office or manufacturing environment (preference), strong organisational skills
Experience sales order / after sales
Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
Experience within a manufacturing environment is advantageous
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience with ERP systems is beneficial since systems are being upgraded
A team player happy with a small team environment and open plan office with a positive and flexible approach.
