You will service key customers over the phone, in branch, or by email, build rapport, grow your client portfolio, and support the wider branch team including trade counter duties and warehouse tasks to ensure timely orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets.
• Provide excellent customer service to key customers by phone, in-branch or by email to drive loyalty.
• Manage a live portfolio of current customers while proactively targeting and developing new accounts.
• Be the first point of contact for key accounts and clients.
• Understand client requirements, build rapport and grow the portfolio.
• Support the wider branch team, including Trade Counter and warehouse tasks to ensure timely orders.
