Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is looking for an Internal Sales Manager to lead the internal sales function in a technical environment. Office-based role, commutable from Gloucester, Cirencester, Stonehouse, Tewkesbury, Cheltenham and surrounding areas.

You will own the development of new business while strengthening relationships with existing clients, and you will lead and grow the internal sales team as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales within an engineering/manufacturing/technical environment.
• Background in engineering/manufacturing/technical or service-based industry.
• Ambitious and motivated with drive to impact a growing business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Working within a close-knit team, you will become a key point of contact across the sales function, with the opportunity to develop and expand the team as the business grows.

This role would suit an ambitious and motivated sales professional from a technical background who is looking to make their mark within a growing specialist business, utilise their existing skillset and take the next step into a leadership position.

The Role
