Job summary

Rexel Group in Belfast is seeking an Internal Sales Person to manage existing customer accounts and grow new business. You will deliver excellent sales service by phone, in-branch, or by email to drive loyalty.

You will understand client needs, build rapport, and become the subject matter expert for your customers, while occasionally supporting trade counter and warehouse duties to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused sales role.
• Ability to work toward and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone, in-branch, and via email to drive loyalty.
• Be the first point of contact for key accounts and understand client requirements to grow the portfolio.
• Support the wider branch team, including trade counter and warehouse duties, to ensure timely order fulfilment.
