Job summary

365 People Ltd. is recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to join its distribution team in West Bromwich. The role focuses on end-user and distributor accounts, combining sales, account management, and customer service to generate new business.

You will handling inquiries, processing orders, and drafting quotations, while developing existing accounts and proactively upselling to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales or account management.
• Experience in B2B distribution or wholesale is a plus.
• Proven ability to build and develop customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and sales inbox.
• Process sales orders and prepare quotations.
• Develop and manage existing customer accounts.
• Proactively contact accounts to grow sales and upsell.
• Negotiate pricing and close orders while coordinating deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Provide excellent customer service in a busy environment.
