Job summary

Bridgewater Resources UK Ltd in Glasgow is seeking an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join their growing team. This role suits someone with an electrical background who enjoys building customer relationships and wants a long-term career.

You will promote electrical test equipment, calibration services and technical solutions, respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and identify new business opportunities, with clear progression into Field Sales.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service or account management experience within an electrical environment.
• From electrical wholesale, electrical products or related technical background.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, proactive and confident speaking with customers over the phone and via email.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in utilities, facilities management, electrical contracting and industrial markets.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide product and technical support.
• Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities.
• Proactively contact customers to identify new business opportunities and maximise sales.
• Promote a range of electrical test equipment, calibration services and technical solutions.
• Ensure excellent levels of customer service and account management.
