Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited in Sleaford is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive (Electrical Wholesale) to lead and develop the internal sales team, owning sales performance for the branch.

You will leverage strong electrical product knowledge to drive revenue, margins and customer retention, while building relationships with key customers and suppliers and managing enquiries, quotes and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an internal sales team in an electrical wholesale environment.
• Ability to set and monitor sales targets and KPIs.

Are you an experienced electrical wholesale professional looking to take the next step in your career by leading an established internal sales team and taking ownership of sales performance within a busy branch?

Do you have strong knowledge of electrical products and the requirements of electrical contractors, combined with the commercial awareness and leadership skills to drive sales, margins and customer retention?

The company are an established electrical wholesale business supplying electrical products and solutions to trade customers, contractors and commercial clients.

Working closely with the Branch Manager and wider team, you will have the opportunity to lead an established sales team, develop customer relationships and identify new opportunities across the local market.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical wholesale professional who enjoys being hands-on and wants to take genuine ownership of a sales function.

The Role
