Job summary

SIG Insulation & Drylining is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to support sales strategy by nurturing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service. You will engage customers by phone and in person, process orders, and provide quotes while driving add-on sales.

You will work closely with warehouse and external sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and support credit control. A proactive, target-driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, preferably in construction distribution.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good numeracy and IT skills with attention to detail.
• Target-driven and proactive approach to sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts to maximise sales and profitability.
• Open and develop new accounts with a focus on profitable growth.
• Use CRM to process orders accurately and provide quotes.
• Proactively contact lapsed and potential new customers to generate sales.
• Collaborate with warehouse and external sales teams to ensure order fulfilment.
• Support credit control and other internal departments as required.
• Assist on the trade counter when needed.
• Promote the full range of products across the group.
