Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join a long-established UK manufacturing business in Dudley. You will manage a designated portfolio of UK customer accounts, develop new business and contribute to sales growth.

This hands-on role requires speaking with customers, building relationships and taking opportunities from enquiry to conversion. The package includes progression, training, company bonus, and 25 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Experience in Internal Sales and account management within a B2B context.
• Background in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a designated portfolio of UK customer accounts alongside external sales colleagues.
• Proactively contact existing customers to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for additional sales.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calling, lead generation and market research.
• Build relationships with customer decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Promote the company's range of plumbing products and solutions to new and existing customers.
• Prepare quotations and tender submissions, ensuring opportunities are followed up effectively.
