Job summary

Hayley Dexis is seeking an Internal Sales Executive for its West Thurrock branch. You will handle customer enquiries, process orders, and provide expert knowledge at the trade counter, while prospecting and upselling where possible.

The role requires prior internal sales or customer service experience. Training will be provided, with a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri) and permanent contract. Attractive salary and benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Prior internal sales experience or experience in a customer service/administrative environment.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming enquiries and customer queries.
• Process orders and prepare accurate quotations.
• Be the face of the trade counter for walk-in customers and upsell where appropriate.
• Follow up outstanding enquiries and identify opportunities to add value.
