Hayley Dexis is seeking an External Sales Executive to drive new business across the Halesowen area. You will be the primary field salesperson, visiting customers, presenting our products, and building lasting client relationships with a focus on the MRO sector.

The role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to travel. 40 hours per week, with opportunities for career progression and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in external sales, preferably in MRO or similar sectors.
• Motivation and enthusiasm to drive sales; ability to work with limited supervision.
• Strong communication skills and IT literacy for CRM usage and reporting.
