Job summary

Hayley Dexis is seeking an External Sales Executive for its Milton Keynes branch. You will be a full-time salesperson, mostly out on the road, focusing on securing new opportunities while servicing existing customers across Northamptonshire and parts of Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.

Ideal candidates will have external sales experience, a strong drive to close deals, and solid IT and CRM skills. Expect autonomy, a high level of motivation, and opportunities for training through the Hayley

Qualifications

• Experience in external sales or field sales.
• Confident communicator with ability to cold call cross industry.
• Strong motivation and enthusiasm to drive sales.
• Good systems knowledge and IT skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Manage external sales across defined geographies.
• Develop new business while maintaining existing customers.
• Travel as required across Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
• Drive sales through proactive outreach and product knowledge.
