Job summary

Hayley Dexis, headquartered in Halesowen, is seeking an Internal Sales person to handle incoming enquiries, respond to customer queries and process orders while serving walk-in customers at the trade counter. You’ll proactively follow up on outstanding enquiries and prepare accurate quotations.

We’re looking for someone confident and proactive, with prior internal sales or customer service experience; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MRO/Engineering products is ideal, but full training will be provided
• Prior internal sales experience or experience within a customer service / administrative environment.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, with strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming enquiries and customer queries
• Process orders and prepare accurate quotations
• Be the face of our trade counter for walk-in customers
• Follow up on outstanding enquiries and upsell/add value
• Provide expert knowledge and assistance to customers
