Job summary

Dutypoint Limited, part of Fluid Water Group, is seeking an Internal Sales Estimator to strengthen our UK customer base. You will handle inquiries, advise on products, and manage the sales process from initial contact to order completion, with full training provided.

The role focuses on building relationships, delivering accurate quotations, and ensuring smooth deliveries while working towards personal targets in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous internal sales experience, although the right attitude and potential are also important.
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn bespoke systems and programmes.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to gather information quickly and make appropriate recommendations to customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working towards individual targets while contributing to a team.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and workload with minimal supervision.
• A competitive, positive and outgoing approach, with a genuine desire to succeed.
• A hardworking, target-driven mindset and commitment to getting things right first time.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming emails and telephone calls from manufacturing and online divisions.
• Promote products effectively, contribute to sales growth and develop customer relationships.
• Manage the customer journey from understanding requirements and advising on products through to completing sales.
• Ensure deliveries run smoothly and provide a positive customer experience.
• Produce detailed and accurate customer quotations.
• Manage and follow up on quotation lists, gather customer feedback and secure orders.
