Job summary

Trinity Professional in Shrewsbury is seeking a Sales Estimator to turn customer requirements into accurate, competitive quotations. You will handle measurements, costs and communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure projects move smoothly from quotation through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, attention to detail and experience in estimating, sales support or related roles in flooring, interiors or construction. Full UK driving licence preferred.

We are currently recruiting for an organised, commercially minded and detail-oriented Sales Estimator to join a growing business based in Shrewsbury.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong numerical skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to turn customer requirements into accurate, competitive quotations. The ideal candidate will be confident working with measurements, calculating costs and communicating with customers and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly from quotation through to completion.

The Role

As a Sales Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates and quotations, reviewing measurements and plans, calculating material requirements and ensuring costs are presented clearly and professionally. You'll work closely with the sales team, customers, installers and administration staff to help convert enquiries into confirmed orders and deliver a smooth customer journey.

About You

We're looking for someone who is methodical, confident with numbers and comfortable managing multiple enquiries while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Ideally, you'll have previous experience in estimating, sales support or a similar role within flooring, interiors, construction or another related industry. Experience with measurements, quotations and calculating material costs would be advantageous. You'll also need:
