Job summary

Dutypoint is seeking a proactive Pump Sales Support professional to join its Sales team in the UK. You will handle incoming enquiries, log details in the CRM, and prepare quotations, ensuring timely, accurate responses to customers and suppliers.

You will collaborate with the Sales Team to chase pricing, produce reports, and provide cover as needed. The role requires organised, detail-oriented individuals with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage the main sales inbox and inboxes for individual Sales Team members.
• Log new enquiries accurately in the CRM system.
• Prepare quotations for approval.
• Obtain and chase supplier pricing and quotations.
• Prepare reports for the Sales Team and Internal Sales Manager.
• Provide holiday cover and support the wider team as required.
• Help maintain timely communication and ensure enquiries are progressed efficiently.
