Job summary

E3recruitment is seeking a motivated Internal Sales Consultant to join their team in Warrington. You will handle technical support, prepare quotes, and build relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in an engineering or manufacturing-based sales role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries and provide technical support.
• Prepare quotes and follow up with clients.
• Liaise with external sales, engineering, and operations teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers and identify upselling opportunities.
• Raise Purchase orders and credits for replacement parts.
• Log and maintain warranty or damage claims on the SAP system.
• Support customers with clear communication on a daily basis.
