Job summary

Rhodium Consulting is seeking an experienced Internal Sales / Assistant Manager for its Portsmouth branch. This role blends sales, account management and branch support responsibilities.

You will manage existing customer accounts, generate new business, handle quotes and orders, advise on electrical products, and support day-to-day branch operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in electrical wholesale.
• Strong knowledge of electrical products and trade.
• Proven internal sales and account management experience.
• Confident dealing with tradespeople and commercial customers.
• Experience generating new business and developing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing existing customer accounts

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm | 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, 8:30am - 12:00pm

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + bonus

Our well established and successful electrical wholesaler client is looking for an experienced Internal Sales / Assistant Manager to join their team in Portsmouth.

The Role:

• Managing and developing existing customer accounts

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Motivated, proactive and commercially minded
• Comfortable working across both sales and trade counter duties
• Full UK driving licence preferred
