Job summary

Banner Plant Limited, part of Henry Boot, is seeking an energetic internal sales specialist to drive opportunities via inbound and outbound calls while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will build strong relationships, guide customers on our products and services, and report activity in the CRM system.

You should have a proven track record in internal sales and be adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, preferably in Hire/Construction industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working with CRM systems and customers across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Build, foster and maintain customer relationships via inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide guidance and support to customers on products and services.
• Report activity on the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and target projects.
