Banner Plant Dronfield, part of Henry Boot, is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Advisor to grow our accommodation and welfare hire solutions. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, nurture relationships, and promote our welfare units, portable cabins and site accommodation.

The role focuses on building stakeholder relationships, reporting activity in CRM, and supporting the hire desk when needed.

The Role

This role is based at Banner Plant Dronfield and supports our growing Accommodation & Welfare Hire division, providing site welfare solutions including welfare units, portable toilets, site accommodation, portable cabins and associated welfare facilities to the construction and infrastructure sectors.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and optimising business opportunities through both inbound and outbound customer calls, whilst ensuring customer satisfaction is continuously improved and relationships are fostered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, foster, and maintain potential and existing customer relationships through inbound and outbound calls;
• Provide guidance, advice and support to customers in relation to our accommodation, welfare and hire solutions;
• Report activity on the CRM system;
• Follow up on leads and target potential projects and opportunities;
• Develop knowledge of Banner Plant's accommodation and welfare hire range, including welfare units, portable cabins, site accommodation and loo hire solutions;
• Support hire desk duties in the absence of the Hire Desk Manager.

About You

The successful candidate will be at ease with building strong stakeholder relationships within a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have experience of working within the hire, accommodation, welfare or wider construction industry supply chain; however, this is not an essential requirement.

• A proven track record in internal sales, preferably within the Hire, Accommodation, Welfare or Construction industry;
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally;
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and solve problems;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify customer requirements and recommend suitable hire solutions.
