Qualifications

• Proven track record in internal sales within Hire/Accommodation/Construction industry preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build effective working relationships internally and externally.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and solve problems.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify customer requirements and recommend hire solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build, foster, and maintain potential and existing customer relationships through inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide guidance, advice and support to customers in relation to accommodation, welfare and hire solutions.
• Report activity on the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and target potential projects and opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Banner Plant's accommodation and welfare hire range, including welfare units and portable cabins.
• Support hire desk duties in the absence of the Hire Desk Manager.
