Banner Plant, part of Henry Boot, is seeking an internal sales professional to identify and optimise opportunities in a fast-paced construction supply environment. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, advise customers on products/services and report CRM activity.

The role emphasises relationship-building with stakeholders, clarity in communication, and the ability to prioritise tasks while supporting hire desk duties when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in internal sales within the Hire/Construction sector.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Capable of working under pressure, prioritising and solving problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain potential and existing customer relationships via inbound/outbound calls.
• Provide guidance and support to customers on products and services.
• Report activity on the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and target projects.
• Assist in hire desk duties when the Hire Desk Manager is absent.
