Job summary

Certain Advantage is seeking an Internal Sales Account Manager to join its team in the Hinckley area. The role entails supporting existing clients, generating quotes, and driving orders with full product training provided.

You will develop relationships with contractors, civil engineers and merchants while contributing to sales forecasts and ongoing account management in a small, collaborative SME environment.

Qualifications

• Background in internal sales or account management.
• Experience working with civil engineering consultants or contractors preferred.
• Background in Construction or Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming enquiries from clients, send out quotations and diligently follow up to convert to orders.
• Provide technical assistance to clients on the company’s product range (full training provided).
• Provide a 3 monthly sales forecast.
• Build long term relationships with existing clients.
• Follow up with lapsed clients.
