Job summary

Rosslin Media is seeking an Internal Sales professional to join the team in Herne Bay. The role focuses on handling inbound queries from existing customers, taking orders, and promoting products to grow sales.

A proactive, customer-focused mindset is essential, with occasional outbound calls to promote offers. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role; while technical sales experience is desirable, it is not essential.

Internal Sales

The company you will be working for are a leading national and international publisher with a local, national and international reach.

Our well established client are looking for someone to join their long standing internal sales team.

The role will involve primarily dealing with inbound queries from their existing customer base.

They are looking for someone who can build relationships and increase sales with existing customers.

There is very little cold calling.

Someone with a technical sales background would be preferred but this isn't essential.
